Competition..

Yesterday went for TARC taekwondo championship, my weight only two of us.
I won it and got a gold medal. Not very happy with the performance. Some of them I know who is taking part are Her jien (Ex national teammate), TL guys Wong Kam Wah, Zheng Hao and Shin Ying..
ZH, Bronze medalist, shin ying and Her jien Gold medal and Kam Wah go home with an empty handed (opponent too strong)
After that we went to Pizza Hut and release out competition stress.. 3of us eat 4 person meal. I'm fat agian.. :(
Today continue my another sport, basketball.. Quite tired, but not very happy seeing someone. Moody, and down, or maybe I think too much already..
