As usual, my mum will do some part time business for extra allowance for our Ang Pau,
History....... Pineapple tart is the first CNY cookies my mum started about 10 years ago.
Regular customer surely order from mummy, this year mummy actually didn't plan to make it,
Due to the regular customer, so mummy do again. which mean she is getting more busier.
Same goes to me, lock inside the house during weekend just to help out mummy.

Next fried Arrow Head, I think it started 4 years ago when hyper market launch it.
Mummy try and fried and we use to be the so called "white rat" as a tester.
Due to the experience by mummy, it has because the best I see compare from outside selling.
Not so called secret recipes. Only experience make the best result.
We had started since 2rd and January, every weekend, we will rush to any hypermarket and buy.
Below is the first batch that we bought. (my sis's hand. lol )It definitely full load.
2nd batch, full load also, but not many nice arrow head, this is so called sikit from mummy.
this make my carry non stop, and 1 packet more than 3KG,

After result, (this is just a small can) HOT SELLING is the big one!!!
To maintain the good customer, we did really do Quality Control to make sure every bite you eat is the best from mummy, so below pic is the reject one that end up finish by us, poor thing. We never get to eat the nice one. Kena scold de mar.. .....
This year we are rushing non stop due to mummy got heavy order from daddy's friend. Mummy's friend.
